The New Mexico Aquarium Society is a non-profit society of hobbyists interested in the keeping of tropical fish, (salt and freshwater) reefs, and plants. It is the area’s only all variety aquarium society covering tropical and cold fresh-water, brackish, and marine fish in aquarium and outdoor ponds. Our mission is to assemble as many interested hobbyists and experts in the field together in monthly meetings to discuss topics associated with maintaining healthy aquatic life.

Our last meeting in December was a blast, with tons of auction items and a Skype video conference with Erik Lucas discussing all things shrimp keeping.

Meetings are a great way to build community, expand your fish keeping knowledge and share what you know with others.
